These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to r3xstudios.com (the “Site”), operated by R3X STUDIOS LLP (“R3X”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Project work, retainers, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements or statements of work. If those conflict with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

R3X Studios is a design and engineering studio. The Site describes our capabilities and work. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract until we confirm scope, fees, and terms in writing.

You may browse the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You must not misuse the Site — including attempting to break security, scrape at abusive volume, inject malware, or use the contact channels to spam or harass.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s design, text, branding, logos, and presentation are owned by R3X or used under license. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site materials for commercial use without our prior written permission.

Client work shown in case studies remains subject to the rights and attributions of those projects. Screenshots and descriptions are illustrative; they do not grant you a license to the underlying products or brands.

Third-party marks (including tool logos) belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Sending a brief through the contact form or email does not create a client relationship. We may decline work, refer you elsewhere, or propose different scope.

Any timelines, pricing hints, or capability lists on the Site are informational and may change.

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R3X and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability arising from Site use is limited to INR 5,000 (or the minimum amount that cannot be excluded by law, if higher).

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

The Site may link to third-party sites (client products, stores, tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and under their terms.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you also acknowledge that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future visits.
